TDM team in recent 5 years has developed and implemented innovative technology for natural gas calorific value determination.
Technology constitutes of measurement of speed of sound and CO2 content in natural gas while readings used for neural network calculation of calorific value. Produced portable device fully embodies the technology has undergone numerous field testing. The following features were validated in line with the testing:
– flameless technique with no specific chemical tests
– fast – up to 1 minute for a single measurement
– accuracy – up to 5% as compared with chromatography results
– easy to use.
