Колектив кафедри технічної діагностики та моніторингу уперше провів громадський захід «Енергетичний табір» за підтримки USAID, метою якого було поширення накопиченого досвіду в сфері енергоефективності.
У заході, що відбувся 11 жовтня 2014 року взяло участь понад 25 осіб серед яких були підприємці, представники навчальних закладів, фізичні особи, студенти.
Темами, що викликали найбільший інтерес стали енергетичний аудит, практичні заходи із термомодернізації та альтернативна енергетика. Доценти Яворський А.В. та Рибіцький І.В. вдало та цікаво розкривали підняті теми і відповідали на запитання, доповнюючи один одного.
Керівник відділу енергозбереження університету Іванов В.І. провів екскурсію для учасників діючими об’єктами альтернативної енергетики в університеті (тепловий насос, геліоколекторна станція, сонячна електрична станція).
Наприкінці заходу під час перерви на каву та чай учасники заходу змогли задати усі питання, поділитися досвідом, встановити контакти та намітити плани на майбутнє.
Очікується, що даний захід буде проводитись і в подальшому.
