Якість електроенергії — це питання економічне, а сьогодні це питання і культури виробництва, і споживання, і якості життя суспільства. Електроенергія сьогодні — це не послуга, а товар, а де товар — там і якість товару. Ситуацію з погіршення показників якості електроенергії можна своєчасно передбачити, маючи попередню інформацію щодо самої електромережі. Проте, зробити об’єктивні висновки можна лише за умови отримання відповідних показників за допомогою вимірювань. Якість електроенергії відповідно до національних стандартів визначають понад десяток показників, для вимірювання яких необхідне спеціалізоване дороговартісне обладнання. На кафедрі «Енергетичного менеджменту і технічної діагностики» є весь комплекс найсучаснішого обладнання європейського рівня для контролю якості електроенергії (таке обладнання наразі доступне тільки для енергопостачальних компаній!). Зокрема в навчальному процесі ми використовуємо Вимірювач якості електроенергії Metrel MI 2892 (Словенія, http://www.metrel.si) дозволяє проводити комплексний аналіз електромереж і відповідно оцінювати ефективність споживання електричної енергії різноманітним електрообладнанням. Відповідно для демонстрацції можливостей роботи Metrel MI 2892 в приміщенні лабораторії «Відновлюваної енергетики» кафедри ЕМ і ТД змонтовано спеціалізований трифазний електричний щит з безпечним доступом до фазних струмових провідників для вимірювання струму і відповідно до потенціальних точок вимірювання напруги. Даний прилад дозволяє неперервно реєструвати біля 10-ти показників стану електричної мережі протягом тижня з відповідним накопиченням даних моніторингу, відповідно до чинного ДСТУ EN 50160:2014 «Характеристики напруги електропостачання в електричних мережах загальної призначеності». В процесі лабораторних робіт навчаємо контролювати найважливіші показники якості електричної енергії, а саме:
– усталене відхилення напруги;
– коливання напруги;
– несинусоїдальність напруги;
– несиметрія напруг;
– відхилення частоти;
– провал напруги;
– імпульс напруги
– тимчасова перенапруга.
Поряд з контролем якості електричної енергії для діагностування роботи електрообладнання і визначення рівня його ефективності, щодо споживання електричної енергії використовуємо реєстратор електричних параметрів РПМ-416 вітчизняного виробництва (https://novatek-electro.com/).
